Trade Show Load In / Set Up
Starting at 8:00 AM on Thursday 9/10 (show day). There is no early set up at the venue location. Set up must be complete by 11am for event start.

Load-in and Load-Out
Exhibitor Set-Up
Starting at 8:00 AM on Thursday 9/10 (show day). There is no early set up at the venue location. Set up must be completed by 11am for event start. Contact Taylor Littrell for more details.
Included with Booth
6′ table (72″L x 24″W x 30″H). It is the responsibility of each manufacturer to bring their own table cloth for their table. An Electrical outlet will be provided for 120v power. Exhibitors are requested to bring additional power supplies as needed.
Booth Size
You are provided with a 6ft Table. If you are bringing a booth display instead of using the provided 6ft Table, please notify Taylor Littrell right away so we can give you a more accessible location for load in/out of your display at the Venue. Please let Taylor know if you do NOT need the 6ft table.
Load-In
DAY OF EVENT: Equipment can be carried into the venue starting at 8 am. (see note below for early shipments prior to the event).
ALL boxes/sample cases must fit under your table or be taken to your vehicle for storage during the event. There are no box holding areas.
Load-Out
Following the concert after 8:30 pm. (must be completely cleared out by 10pm) *please make sure all fixtures are turned off at 5:30pm as to not interfere with the entertainment.
Load-out should not begin until after the Concert (8:30pm) if you are located in the main concert bar room. You may leave your table to go enjoy the concert but cannot dissemble your table until after due to aesthetics and blocking flow of foot-traffic.
All Exhibitors must hand carry their own samples with them out at the end of the event. Designlight is not responsible for any items left behind and cannot guarantee it will not be discarded if not taken.
All exhibitors must be fully packed and leave the building by 10pm

If you will be using Designlight Agency Samples please email jessica@designlight.net no later than 8/27/26 with your required list.
Advanced Shipping
Shipping in Advance to venue is prohibited. Advanced Shipping to Designlight is allowed but each box must be clearly marked with your Company Name and “Designlight Tradeshow “
Advance shipments to Designlight Must be received no later than 8/27/26
It is the Responsibility of the Exhibitor to come and pick up their samples from the Designlight office and bring them to the trade show themselves. It is also the Responsibility of the Exhibitor to bring their samples back to the Designlight office themselves after the event if they wish for Designlight to ship their items back. Designlight will not be offering delivery to or from the event for Exhibitors items for 2026
Office Hours for Pickup
Samples can be picked up the day before the event ( 8AM-4PM) or the morning of the event ( 7AM – 8AM)
Office Hours for Returns
Samples can be returned to the Designlight office for return shipment on 09/11/26 8AM – 4PM

Return Shipping
All samples returned to the Designlight office after the event should be taped up and the return shipping label should be on the box.
Freight Shipments
Please email jessica@designlight.net if you will be shipping samples via freight carrier.
We will need to make sure we have room in our warehouse to accommodate the shipment.
Delivery / Pick up hours are M-F 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST.
No Pallets larger than 8′. We do not have a drive-up dock. But, we do have a forklift to unload pallets. No lift gate required.
Pre-Arrange for your pallets to be picked up on – 9/11/26 between the hours of 9AM – 3PM CST

Exhibitor Parking
Please Park in the Cannery Parking lot just across from the entrance
Shipping Charges
Prepay all shipping charges. Designlight will not accept or be responsible for C.O.D. shipments
